Effective but very slow and received wrong product

I have ordered acne gel acne cream and acne face wash mujhe wrong product delivered kia.....oil control face wash dia..may be apke product ka value k hisab se bheja hai i guess..don't do that..koi paper trust karta hai toh waise hi bheje..hum chize humare problems k liye le rahe hai so..please do exchange the product we ask for.. complaint bi kaha kare aisa kuch ni dikh ra hai so yaha view share kia

Mujhe lagbhag 2 hfte to ho hi gye lekin mujhe koi frk njr nhi aaya even or jada pimples ho gye or itne bde bde ho aaj tk mujhe nhi huaa ...or mujhe acne wala facewash k bdle dusra facewash diya gya jisse meri skin me redness ho gye or vo gel bht hi bakvas lga....koi asar nhi dikha or jada pimples ho gye mujhe... sorry I'm not satisfied with this product... Waste of money...,m chahu to photo bhi dikha sakti hu lekin isme kaise bheju....or jada badh gya m pimples pure face me😭😭
